Or have a negative body image. Through their vulnerability in allowing themselves to be witnessed in a safe container. A Sacred Feminine photoshoot can be a powerful step in reclaiming their dignity and power and help liberate themselves from their past body constraints. Being a woman photographer in this line of work I have literally photographed countless women and I can truly say a shoot like this can be a liberating experience. I’ve had women weep when they see the images. They have never seen themselves look so beautiful.

Many women want beautifully captured images of their body while they feel at their peak fitness, or some beautiful shots as a record of a certain stage of their life. This is not vanity; it’s actually healthy to be able to look back and think, hell yes, I’m so glad I did that. I’ve had women who have breast cancer and are on the journey of undergoing a mastectomy and would like to have a photoshoot for a keepsake. We create a powerful ceremony in the shoot container, letting go of what was and embracing what is to come. It is beautiful and raw.
