Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. All prints are carefully packaged and sent in a postal tube to destinations all over the world.

*International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country’s government. Any additional fees including but not limited to duties and taxes are not covered by us when your order is placed. Any such additional charges must be paid by the recipient/customer.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country.

Contact your local customs office regarding these policies including duties and taxes.

Why is the shipping price set to $60 flat rate for prints?

We offer worldwide shipping, which is calculated separately and added to the print price at checkout.

To minimize your shipping costs, we cover half of the expenses. Meaning $60 is half the total expense.

My Master printer in Sydney, Australia manages the handling, packing and shipping of my work after it’s printed. This expense is split between myself and the client.

Please note that handling and shipping large artworks with insurance can be costly from Australia, but we strive to offset some of these costs to provide you with the best possible service and value.

What is the estimated production time to create the print?

All Photographic prints are custom-ordered. Production time is 5 to 7 working days from the day of order.

What is the estimated shipping time from the studio in Sydney?

Australia-wide shipping please allow 7-10 business days

Rural areas can take up to 14 days

International shipping varies from 10 working days up to 14 working days depending on the country.

Is my parcel tracked?

Yes. Parcel delivery is tracked and a signature is required on delivery.

This is a reliable service that I have used for several years without issues.

Once your item is posted I will send you an email that includes your tracking information.

We make sure the parcel is handled with the utmost care for safe delivery.

Can I collect my print rather than have it posted?

If you live in Sydney, Australia and prefer to collect your print directly from my printer to avoid postage costs he is located in Surry Hills. I will let him know and send the address via email.

Do you offer framing?

I only offer framing to clients who reside in Sydney, Australia.

Contact me via email to arrange framing options. We then decide on the best option for collection or delivery.

Please Note

*No refunds or returns are accepted unless the artwork is significantly damaged in transit and this is proven by i-phone photos and evidence sent to me.

Louisa Seton is not responsible for lost photographic prints once they have been dispatched.

Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please monitor your parcel's tracking details until it is delivered.

If your parcel is lost, notify us immediately so we can report it to the parcel service. Delays in reporting may hinder our ability to trace or recover your parcel. If you do not inform us within three weeks of the shipping date, recovery efforts may be unsuccessful. Prompt reporting is crucial for successful recovery.
